The paper feeding unit

1、Separation and combination of machines

1)Electric separation and combination of each unit shall be accompanied by alarm bell, which shall continue to ring during separation and combination to ensure the safety of operators.

2)The air pressure interlock device is used between each unit, the lock is firm, convenient and accurate.

3)Each unit is equipped with open and close and lock button switch, any unit can achieve the unit open and close and lock, making the operation more simple, convenient and fast.

4)Units clutch drive shaft with friction clutch, to avoid the wrong operation of damage to the machine.

5)Install the general locking mechanism of the unit to ensure the smooth and accurate speed adjustment of the machine.

6)Self-locking function of the main engine. When the unit is not fully locked, the main engine cannot be started to ensure the safety of operators and machines.When the main engine is working normally, the clutch function of the unit is automatically locked and does not work, so as to avoid unnecessary injury and damage of personnel and machine caused by wrong operation.

2、Leading edge feed system

1)Rigid thin paper board and E - corrugated three - layer board can be transported.

2)High pressure centrifugal fan suction assisted paper feeding, according to the bending degree of cardboard, adjust the air to ensure smooth paper supply.

3)The left and right positions of the side baffles are electrically adjusted, driven by the motor and the screw rod.

4)The upper and lower clearance of the front baffle is adjusted manually and synchronously, and there is an automatic locking device.

5)The position of rear baffle is electrically adjusted, which is simple and quick.

6)Separate paper feeding device (according to the need to choose continuous or separate paper feeding), to determine the processing of large specification board.

7)Can set planned production quantity.Upon completion of the plan, the system automatically instructs to stop feeding paper and issue an alarm signal.Paper feeding unit is equipped with PLC and 10-inch color touch screen, which can display the phase setting of printing, grooving and die cutting section, and the production quantity can be set and displayed to single alarm.

3、Dust collection device

1)Brush dust removal device, can remove dust on board surface, improve printing quality.

2)In addition, a vacuuming fan is installed to remove small dust and other sundries on the paperboard to determine the printing quality of paperboard.

4、The paperfeedingroller

1)The upper paper feeding rolleruses rubber roller (φ154mm).

2)The paper feeding roller adopts wear-resisting rubber and dynamic balance correction of seamless steel roller outsourcing, which can play an elastic buffer role and avoid crushing cardboard and wasting cardboard by mistake.

3)The surface of the glue feed shaft is provided with grooves to minimize the pressure and avoid damaging the corrugated strength.

4)The downward feeding rollers are made of surface knurled steel, hard chrome plated, and are calibrated for dynamic balance to increase the friction of paper feed.

5)The gap of paper feeding roller is adjusted manually, the dial is displayed, the adjustment range is 1-12mm, and there is a self-locking device, it locks automatically after the adjustment, easy to adjust.

5. Computer control and operation department

Paper feeding department, printing department, slotting department, die-cutting department are controlled by PLC man-machine interface.

1) memory return to zero (erasing memory) : during the working process of the machine, if the machine needs to be opened for erasing or a small amount of erasing, the original position can be automatically restored after the machine is closed.

2) controllable rise and fall of anilox roller: when a group of temporary does not need printing, the controllable production of the group of anilox roller does not need to drop, so as to eliminate the need to clean the ink roller.

3) position reset: the whole machine can reset the plate position so that the plate position can be in place at one time.



The printing unit

1、The printing roller

1)The diameter of the printing roller is 395.6 (including forme diameter with 405mm), the cone of the shaft head transition, the roller body USES seamless steel pipe, the thickness of 20mm all processed for dynamic balance.          

2)Steel plate material, surface grinding, hard chrome plating.

3)Dynamic balance correction, smooth operation.Suitable for high speed operation.

4)Ratchet fixed plate shaft, can achieve rapid plate change.

5)Full hanging plate groove, suitable for 10mm hanging plate.

6)When loading and unloading printingforme, electric control positive and negative rotation, easy to change plate.

7)Printing phase adjustment: planetary gear structure, printing roller is equipped with automatic zero return device, and PLC and 7-inch touch screen control.Click to enter the phase adjustment interface of version roll.With automatic return to zero, automatic version (erasing memory) and preset printing position and other functions.

8)Printing phase fixing device, pneumatic brake device, when the unit clutch, brake lock automatically, keep the original gear position unchanged, the machine automatically open after lock.

9)Erase board memory function, automatic reset after cleaning printing plate, convenient and fast.

10)Axial adjustment is electric adjustment, the left and right adjustable distance is 10mm.

2、The embossing roller

1)Thediameter of embossing roller is 154mm, using double plate welding.

2)Grinding surface, hard chrome plating.

3)Balance correction, smooth operation.

4)The gap of imprinting roller is adjusted manually, the adjustment range is 1-12mm, the cross slider is used to connect, the transmission gear is always in the correct position to mesh when adjusting.

 

3、The metal anilox roll

1)Hard chrome plated metal anilox roller, 180-250 wire/inchisoptional.

2)ThediameterofAnilox roller is 212.14mm.

4)The display of screen roller gap dial is manually adjusted, the adjustment range is 1-8mm, the use of cross slider connection, adjust the transmission gear will always ensure the correct position meshing.

4、The rubber roller (metal anilox roller and ceramic anilox roller is optional)

5The ink system

6、The paper guide roller

1)The diameter of the upper paper guide roller is 85mm, after twice grinding processing, the surface is plated with hard chromium, making the pressure guide wheel move easily and smoothly.

2)The diameter of the lower paper guide roller is 154mm, after twice grinding, the surface is plated with hard chromium, making the paper guide more accurate.

3)The gap of paper guide roller is adjusted manually, the adjustment range is 1-12mm, the cross slider is used to connect, the transmission gear is always in the correct position to mesh when adjusting.

4、Slotting computer operation control

1)The slotting section is equipped with PLC and 7-inch color touch screen to realize man-machine dialogue. Through PLC, various order sizes can be set and orders can be stored. The set orders can be directly called next time.Automatic resetting of slotted knife seat makes the operation more simple, convenient and quick.

2)Automatic zero return device, ensure that the unit has a uniform adjustment standard, reduce the waste of cardboard.

3)Safety limit device, to ensure that misoperation will not operate the machine.

 



The die cutting unit                                                                                            


1、Operating functions

1)When die cutting is not working, the die plate roller and super force rubber roller can be automatically removed by cylinder eccentric device, which can reduce the no-load of the machine and extend the life of super force rubber and cutting die.

2)Planetary structure phase adjustment, 360 degree operation, stop, positive and negative can be operated, phase adjustment accuracy can reach 0.10mm for easyforme loading and  operation.

3)7 "color touch screen and PLC phase control make operation more convenient, intuitive and accurate.

4)Spline transmission, to overcome the mechanical wear of gear transmission, the left and right movement range ofroller is 40 mm, and equipped with radial differential device, can make cots wear average distribution, greatly improve the service life ofroller.

5)The machine is equipped withYouli rubber correction device, which can be used after repeated correction of cots.

6)The gap of die cutting roller is adjusted manually, the adjustment range is 1-10mm, the cross slider is connected, the double-stage aluminum alloy die-casting speed reducer is used to adjust, the adjustment is accurate and labor-saving,after the adjustment, it locks automatically to ensure the printing quality.The gear is connected by the cross slider with no key to adjust the gap to ensure the correct mesh position of the transmission gear.

 

2、The template roller

1)Thediameter of template roller  is 360mm, excluding knife die.

2)Alloy structural steel seamless steel tube processing and grinding, hard chromium plating.

3)Standard mold roller fixed screw hole spacing, (axial is 100mm;Radial is 18mm bisect), convenient for customers to order also template.

4)Applicable tool die height is 25.4mm.

5)Board thickness of knife die: 16mm (for three layers of board).13mm (forfive layers of board).

6)Phase adjustment: the formwork roll is equipped with automatic zero return device and controlled by PLC and 7-inch color touch screen.Click to enter the phase adjustment interface of version roll.With automatic zero, automatic version and preset die cutting.

 

3、The rubber roller

1)The diameter of rubber mat roller is388.9mm (excluding rubber mat).

4. Independent servo drive (optional)

1)Die - cutting part using independent servo drive, servo motor, Germany rexroth servo system.

2) the use of independent servo drive can make the die-cutting part and the main engine power completely separate, which can not only reduce mechanical wear, but also improve the working speed of the machine, more effectively improve the printing and die-cutting accuracy.
